Hey Gary! I did not know about the fan club of love these liveries - pretty cool.
Written on 10/08/2025 by Darryl Sarno
Hey G-man - Yes, the Condor liveries are definitely an "acquired" taste" and are known by some as the Fruit Stripe Gum liveries. Thank you for your kind words as always!

Yo, D, did you know there is a (sort of) "Fan Club" of folks who love these Condor paints? I'm not a member, but I think it is cool that they have formed a club of Condor fans of these. (Thumbs Up to them.)

I'm not extremely enthused about these Condor liveries but your snap of this one with the blue bay water along the bottom of the frame really emphasizes this paint so this pic is a 5 * shot with a pair of added **s. Great capture, D.

According to the data counter, this is the first photo of N381SH to be entered into FA's picture gallery.

@L Gregory Curtis - Ditto 100%. It's a 'heritage' scheme, very well done on this jet. It presages the notion of incorporating such a scheme for a U.S. ANG demo team (which ought to be re-established to focus on US ANG recruitment), the 'Minute Men.'

John Robert has only been a member for 17 days now and needs a little time to figure out what supposed to be posted. In the meantime this site continues into the 10th day without any VIEWS being posted for new photos. Hey Houstan, is anyone even aware of this issue as it is just pathetic that this continues.

Per Cirium: A Beechcraft 58P Baron (N121GJ), registered to 424 Ventures LLC, was destroyed by impact and post-impact fire on 5 October 2025 when it crashed in a peanut field, about 4 km northwest of Williston Regional Airport, Williston, Florida. ADS-B data shows the aircraft cruising at 17,400 ft when it appears to have begun its approach to Williston, descending rapidly in a straight flight path with a last recorded speed of about 194 kt and a descent rate of about -4,160 ft/min. There were reportedly three people on board, all of whom were killed. The accident happened in daylight (1640L) and in VMC. The aircraft was operating a flight from Lebanon-Springfield Airport, Lebanon, Kentucky, with the pilot reportedly filing a flight plan to land in Williston 'for refuelling while en route home.'

I have no idea which air force owns this F16, but the cited tail number belongs to a Minnesota based Piper Cherokee.

@Theo - If I see another picture of a 747 cargo plane, I'm going to hurl.
Written on 10/04/2025 by Greg Douglas
@L Gregory Curtis - I agree 100%. You've seen one 747, you've seen 'em all. I KNOW there are differences, but it's still a 747.

I wonder why the painted this jet the original paint scheme of the YF-16A?
Written on 10/03/2025 by L Gregory Curtis
I just as soon see 6 pictures of F-16s than 6 pictures of airliners.

Elevates both body and mind. That's what flying is about--transportation is just an added blessing. "Oh I have slipped the surly bonds of earth / And danced the sky on laughter-silvered wings."
